APA of Hillsborough County Pays Out Over $150,000 Annually!Add that to the over $1 Million paid out at National APA Tournaments and Events and you can see why the APA is #1.
 | Hillsborough County APA 8 & 9 - Ball Higher Level Tournaments | | APA 8 & 9 - Ball LTCThe top team that finishes in each division during regular session automatically gets a slot to our LTC (local tournament of champions) held once a year in May/June and top payback money (payback depends on number of teams in that division and weeks played). If the top team is already qualified then the slot passes to the next team and so on. Once a team is qualified they do not play in any playoffs. Playoff teams do not receive any extra payback other than what they earned for their position at the end of the session. The next place team becomes the 2nd place team for the playoffs and will play a wild card team, the 3rd and 4th place teams will play each other at the 3rd place teams host location. The Wild Card team is always a traveling team in the playoffs. After the 1st playoffs finish the 2 winners will battle it out for the right to advance to the LTC. APA Doubles TournamentThe teams that have won all year long in the monthly Doubles Tournament will play their Doubles LTC in June. The money pot that has built up all year will go to the 1st place winner and they will receive a slot to the National Doubles Event in Las Vegas held in August in conjunction with the National Team Tournaments and all the MiniMania Tournaments. The number of teams advancing to the Nationals in Las Vegas depends on our team count, the more teams we have, the more slots we receive to go to The National Team Team Championships held every August at the Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Tournament is Modified Double Elimination, so every team is guaranteed to play at least twice.
